Global business simulation experience
CompanyGame invites universities from around the world to participate in a COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) program that blends international collaboration with business simulation-based learning.
Objectives
The International COIL Program 2025 fosters intercultural teamwork and online collaboration through real-time decision-making scenarios. Participants gain insights into global markets while strengthening key soft skills such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
What is included
Participants receive full access to CompanyGame’s simulation platform, with academic and technical support throughout. They also gain learning materials, participation certificates for students and faculty, and support for COIL reporting and internationalization.

• Fee: 20 USD per student
• Max. Students per Institution: 10

• Format: 100% online
• The simulation will use a business management simulator with a global scope and a mid-to-high difficulty level.
Awards & Recognition
Winning teams will receive an Official Recognition Certificate and Special Awards for Strategic Excellence. Participating universities will also receive free business simulation licenses for future use and a Certificate of International Engagement.

Week 1: Kick-off & Strategic Setup

Week 2: Decision Round 1
• Teams submit their first round of
decisions
• Market reports and feedback released
• Virtual meetings and coordination
Week 3: Decision Round 2 + Interim Review
• Decision round 2 submission
• Results analysis and strategy refinement
• Intercultural collaboration check-in
Week 4: Final Decision & Video Report
• Final business decision round
• Teams create and submit a 5-minute video
report presenting results, strategy, and
insights
• Final virtual reflection session
