The XIV Edition of Reto CompanyGame 2026, the most prestigious international business simulation competition for the Spanish-speaking world, is officially underway. This event aims to bridge the gap between university talent and real-world management challenges, allowing students from over 20 countries to test their leadership skills in a high-stakes digital environment.
What is Reto CompanyGame?
The Challenge is an experiential learning journey where participants manage virtual companies through business simulators. The goal is to move beyond classroom theory into professional practice, honing critical competencies such as decision-making, data analysis, teamwork, and complex problem-solving.
The 6 Competition Categories
For the 2026 edition, the tournament is organized into six specialized areas, allowing each team to compete in the sector that best fits their academic background:

- Business Administration: Managing a dairy sector company (FMCG).
- Finance: Economic and financial management within the textile industry.
- Hospitality: Comprehensive management of a hotel establishment.
- Banking: Full management of a bank branch.
