CompanyGame proudly congratulates the HOSFN team from Universidad Veracruzana, winners of the Company Game Challenge 2025. After several weeks of competition and three demanding phases, the team—Inés Celeste Rodríguez Mulato, Susan Lorely Ruiz García, and Karla Alejandra Ávila Sánchez—emerged as “Champion of Champions” among more than 750 teams from 21 countries.
Competing in the Hospitality category, the students used the Innovahotel simulator to manage an entire hotel operation in a competitive scenario. Their ability to make accurate decisions in marketing, finance, operations, and human resources earned them the top spot in their category.
In the final round, they faced a new challenge: leading an international company using the Global Management simulator, one of the most complex in our platform. They demonstrated strategic vision, sustainability awareness, and leadership skills that set them apart from the rest.
🔹 “Each stage was a real challenge. We had to analyze, discuss, and make decisions as if we were executives. It demanded our full potential,” shared the winners.
Guided by their mentor and professor Rosa María Vaca Espino, the HOSFN team not only won first place in Hospitality but also prevailed in the final phase against the best teams in Finance, Marketing, Administration, International Business, and Banking.
